Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer valid until the 30th January 2012 for a complete medical device package (above the value of $1000); does not include consumables, repairs or other services.
2. Once your claim has been received and accepted by Medusoft – upon payment of the full amount of the invoice - please allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery of your Medusoft Cashback cheque by ordinary mail.
3. All Cashback claims must be registered via email sent to cashback@medusoft.com.au quoting the paid invoice number, name and address of recipient. All supporting documents should be sent within 14 days of purchase. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
4. A print out of the Cashback email must be mailed in, along with a legible copy of the tax invoice from Medusoft and the product serial number.
5. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected mail.
6. The purchase date is determined by the date of Medusoft tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim.
7. Medusoft reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product purchased is returned for any reasons.
8. The Cashback Offer is not available for products sold in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional product bundle.
9. All products validity for a Cashback promotion is determined by the products serial number. All claims are subject to verification by Medusoft. Medusoft reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
10. Employees of Medusoft and its resellers and distributors and agencies associated with this Cashback offer are not eligible for the Cashback offer.
